JELA American Achievers Academy(AAA) Instructors use a hybrid onsite and online method to provide structured teaching, instruction, mentoring, and training in life skills that enhance operative excellence in the workplace, family, and community.

AAA’S four modules focus on: 

  • Societal Acculturalization

  • Financial Sustainability

  • Personal Growth

  • Leadership Development all based on Christian principles.
